BlueCosmo offers affordable satellite products and services to those who need communication in remote regions of the world when traveling which are not covered by cellular service.
The client required a SIM kit that would effortlessly inform its customer how to activate the SIM as well as instructions on how to use satellite communications. Additionally, there was a requirement to visually access the SIM card barcode via a die-cut window.

Blank Brisbane Sample PAK - The gliding components move in the same direction when pulled

From the standard PAK templates BPAK had to offer, BlueCosmo wished to develop the Brisbane PAK. To accommodate a barcode window, this PAK needed to be modified. I carefully planned out the changes and tested them myself by constructing blank samples in the studio.

Blank Brisbane PAK / Studio Proof / Manufacture Proof

After we were both satisfied with the window placement, I applied the client-supplied artwork to the altered dieline. I produced studio proofs and provided manufacture proofs for the clients approval, which was granted. Their approval of the final product meant that we could proceed with print production.
BlueCosmo were very please throughout the process therefore doubled their quantity for the next order.
